Billy Holton and the Soul Shakers... a favorite NC dance band
Billy Holton, founder of the SOUL SHAKERS, lead Guitar, and lead vocals and along with some very talented musicians has formed one of Eastern N.C favorite dance bands. He gets a soulful sound though his Fender Strat, and Twin Amps to produce some very tasty lead and funky rhythm’s.
Berkley Bob Sienkiewicz, bass guitar and vocals, is a Graduate of the Berkley School of Music, and is a bass monster. Bob has no limits and is the back bone of the Soul Shakers rhythm section. Bob’s favorite saying is “Space is the Spice”.
Chris McNally, sax and vocals, puts the Soul in the Shakers with his Sax, plays a leading role in the band as one of the very best sax players around. He is a main stay and very hard worker from road to show time!
Bruce Horton, keys, synth and vocals, is a career musician. He is the Mr. Feel Good of the band, for the music that comes off the tip's of his fingers are most refreshing and with a great vocal ability takes the Soul Shakers to a constant new level.
Mike Ferarra, drums, percussions and vocals, can really ‘cut the cake’. His right foot and left hand sends the vibe right up your backbone. Between him and bass man Bob, they are the best rhythm section around, bar none!
