Although there is plenty of downtown parking festival-goers can enjoy continuous free trolley shuttle service from the New Bern Mall (Hwy 70 near Hwy 70 Exit) and the water taxi service between the New Bern Hilton Marina & BridgePointe Marina for $2 per person each way, children 6 and under free.
